The decisions we make about this land will last forever, a solemn responsibility that I take seriously. None of us really “own” land, we are simply stewards who manage it during our lifetimes. I will be proud, some 20 years in the future, when I revisit ‘my’ communities, knowing that I did everything possible to treat the land with respect.

Henry MacNair, President of Premiere Homes II, Inc. is a 20-year veteran of the home building and developing industry. As a life long resident of Raleigh, NC, he enjoys building in an area he calls home.
Unprecedented, Henry MacNair was honored by the Home Builders Association Triangle Sales and Marketing Council as both 1998 Builder of the Year and 1998 Developer of the Year. Not surprising, Premiere Homes earned a reputation of excellence and integrity.
Henry MacNair continues to prove his mastery with successful neighborhoods such as Traemoor Village, Olde Raleigh Villas, Olde Creedmoor, Chatsworth, Devon, Linville, Crossmoor, Moorlands, Stonemoor and his newest upcoming communities of Renaissance at Regency and Glen Lake South and Hasentree.
